At some point, we might arrive at a place where it feels as if we lose grip. Or maybe we have already lost it somewhere in the past. When you lose connection with yourself, you lose. You get stuck, feel adrift, and miss out. Seemingly emotions like pride, gratitude and trust can fade. In their place, we often find fatigue, anxiety, insecurity, even burnout or depression. They determine how you feel. When negative beliefs take hold, they start to run the show. They shape how you think, how you feel, and how you respond. Until you put a stop to it.

What if I told you that you can change all the things you’ve been so convinced of, the things that have been working against you all along? 

That you can shift your beliefs into powerful, healing and helping thoughts that clear the path to a freer, lighter and loving life?

Body Mind Release (BMR) is a practical method used to help people let go of emotional and physical baggage. It’s hands-on, well recognized, and designed to support lasting change. By repeatedly reprogramming your mind and subconscious at the right frequency, you will create new pathways. The way I use this method always leaves space for more. I don’t believe in boxes. I believe in open spaces where ideas can move and grow. I believe in action.

Because when your body and mind let go of what no longer serves you, you become free. Is it really that easy? Yes, it is.

It’s about you, after all, you’ve taken the step to begin your search.
Initially for tools to feel better, probably without realizing that it’s actually possible to completely change your life. It’s about learning to move with life, without feeling stuck in old beliefs that once felt unshakable. The things you’ve believed for years might not be true. Yes, that might feel scary. And yes, it’s amazing.

So here it’s is about you. About what you're feeling, facing, and working through right now. About the things you may be afraid of, ashamed of, or feel guilty about. Or maybe you don’t exactly know how you feel or what’s happening beneath the surface. What you do know is that it’s hard to see a way forward. Things can shift and things may become lighter. It’s not just about letting go, but also about reclaiming your positive feelings.

I’ve been there too. That’s why I know how important it is to make this about you. And I’ll keep reminding you of that.

Anything is possible once you reconnect with yourself.

Real change takes practice. It means reshaping how you think, both consciously and beneath the surface. That kind of shift needs repetition, focus, and time. That’s why the Body Mind Release process includes seven sessions, spaced over three months. The sessions will take place weekly and you’ll work with daily exercises that I’ll share with you. Towards the end, between session six and seven, is where the actual re-programming begins. Depending on your personal programs this will last around three weeks. After the seventh and final session, you’ll notice a real shift. You’ll have more space in your mind and body, and feel ready to move forward with confidence.

Each process is unique. After all, so are you.

Because I combine Body Mind Release with other counselling and coaching methods, tailored to your unique situation, I’d like to meet you first. No pressure, just a chance to talk. From there, everything else follows, your questions, your journey, your commitment. This is your space.

Yvonne | Sharing what becomes possible once we are ready to take responsibility for how we feel is truly powerful, especially when you’ve genuinely reached that point. My life has always been full of challenges, and even though I often felt unsafe, I began to learn to feel safe. Safe in my own space. Eventually, that sense of safety gives you strength. You begin to trust that what comes your way, you’ll be able to carry it. 

Because ultimately, that’s the truth: you can learn to carry yourself.

Even in times of crisis, I’ve witnessed how powerful it can be when someone reclaims their true self. With my intuition, decisiveness, and personal life experience at hand, I support you in reconnecting with your life energy and re-discover your own resilience. Learning to take full responsibility for your life starts with trusting that you can. That YOU truly can. Who you are, where you come from, where you’re heading, it doesn’t matter. It all begins with that one very important starting point: YOU!

I’ve noticed that when I share my story, I’m able to build a bridge between the mind, the heart, and truly inhabiting the body. We all need stories that lift us and help us take a step forward, even when things feel dark. Stories that remind us there’s still hope.
